We doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel en veilig mogelijk bij je te bezorgen, waar je ook woont.

Let op: de levertijden zijn indicatief en kunnen variëren afhankelijk van het land van bestemming en de lokale douane.

Voor leveringen buiten de EU kunnen extra kosten, zoals invoerrechten of btw, worden aangerekend door de lokale douane.

Deze kosten zijn ten laste van de klant en verschillen per land. Neem contact op met je lokale douanekantoor voor meer informatie.

I have ordered a PRE ORDER item. What now?

Pre order:

This means that you can already order the item on our webshop, but it will be shipped later.

What happens if you have placed an order with multiple items + a pre-order item?

Then your complete order will be sent when the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.

Parking

There are lots of parking spaces available. And this just in front of our shop.

Can I reserve an item?

We cannot set aside or reserve items.

How much are the shipping costs within Belgium?

The standard shipping costs are :

€ 5 : Service point delivery Bpost

When you have your parcel delivered to a collection point, please bring your proof of identity. You have 10 days to collect your parcel. After that it will be sent back to Outrance Fashion.

€ 7 : Home delivery

How much are shipping costs for international orders

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is automatically calculated at checkout. Any additional charges such as import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in the shipping price and are always the responsibility of the customer.

How is shipping done?

We do our utmost to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days. Will it take a little longer? Then give us a few more days to prepare your order. Shipping costs are always at your own expense.

How to return ?

You have a maximum of 14 days to return your parcel.

Return costs are always at your own expense.

- You keep the ticket with the tracking number until when your parcel has properly arrived with us.

Do you live near Roeselare and feel like dropping by our boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in our shop. When you bring your return to our shop, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

What happens after you have returned your parcel to us?

Did your return arrive in good condition?

You can easily check this yourself via the track&trace code you received when dropping off your return.

Is this not the case? Then you need to contact the parcel service you used to return your order.

When you send your return, always keep your Track&Trace receipt until your return has been processed.

What happens after you have sent your parcel back to us?

Your parcel arrives with us.

We process all parcels within 7-14 working days.

You will then receive an automatic email from this , stating that we have been able to receive your return well and the money will be automatically refunded to the account you used to pay for your order.

I received an incomplete, incorrect or damaged order. What should I do now?

First of all, we would like to apologise. In both cases, we ask you to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). This can only be done by sending an email to info@outrancefashion.be . With pictures of exactly what is wrong or missing from your order.

Can SALES items be returned?

We do not take back SALES and items from our EXCHANGE. These were purchased at a discount and cannot be returned in this way. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Colours of our products

The colours of our products on outrancefashion.be may differ from the actual product colour, depending on how the colours are set on your computer, but the type of screen also affects how you see colours. So if you want to be sure the product is what you expect, come and visit us in the shop.
