WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
We do our best to deliver your order to you as quickly and safely as possible, no matter where you live.
Please note: delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the country of destination and local customs.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs, such as import duties or VAT, may be charged by local customs.
These costs are borne by the customer and vary by country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
I've ordered a PRE-ORDER item. What now?
Pre-order:
This means you can already order the item on our webshop, but it will be shipped later. The shipping date is always stated on the webshop with the item itself.
What happens if you place an order with multiple items + a pre-order item?
Then your entire order will only be shipped when the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse.
Parking
There are plenty of parking spaces available. And they are right in front of our shop.
Can I reserve an item?
We are unable to hold or reserve items.
What are the shipping costs within Belgium?
Standard shipping costs are:
€ 5: Bpost service point delivery
When having your package delivered to a collection point, please bring your ID. You have 10 days to collect your package. After that, it will be returned to Outrance Fashion.
€ 7: Home delivery
How much is shipping to the Netherlands?
Standard shipping costs are:

What are the shipping costs for international orders
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is automatically calculated at checkout. Any additional costs such as import duties, customs fees or local taxes are not included in the shipping price and are always the responsibility of the customer.
When will my order be shipped?
We do not guarantee next-day delivery.
At Outrance, we aim to provide the best possible shipping service. We know you want your must-haves as soon as possible, and we do our utmost to get your packages to you quickly. We always ship your package within 1-7 business days.

How can I return an item?
You have a maximum of 14 days to return your package.

Do you live near Roeselare and would you like to visit
our boutique? You can also return or exchange your online purchases in
our store. When you return your item to our store, you will receive
a refund to your account within 14 days.

We process all packages within 7-14 business days.
You will then receive an automatic email stating that we have received your return and that the money will be automatically refunded to the account you used to pay for your order.

I received an incomplete, incorrect, or damaged order. What now?
First of all, we want to apologize. In both cases, we request that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item(s). This can only be done by sending an email to info@outrancefashion.be with photos of what exactly is wrong or missing in your order.
Can SALE items be returned?
We do not accept returns on SALES and items from our CLEARANCE sale. These items were purchased at a discount and are therefore not returnable. Thank you for your understanding.
Colors of our products
The colours of our products on outrancefashion.be may differ from the actual product colour.
This is due to how the colours are set on your computer, but also the type of screen affects how you perceive colours. So, if you want to be sure that the product is what you expect, feel free to visit us in the store.
