Do you want to return your order or exchange it for a different size?
We're sorry that the item(s) didn't work out, but it happens! Fortunately, you can easily return your purchase (provided the item(s) meet our return conditions). You can return your item(s) within Belgium for as little as €6.40.
The rates for returns outside Belgium can be found on the page where you register your return.

1. Register Does your return meet the return conditions? Register your return within 14 days using the button below. Select the products you want to return and choose the preferred return method.

2. Pack Pack the item(s) with the pink form and attach the return label to the return box or bag. Don't forget to cover or remove the old label.

3. Ship Drop off your package at a post office. Please note: the item must arrive at our facility within 14 days of receipt.

4. Refund If the product meets our conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Return Conditions
- The item must arrive at our facility within 14 days of receipt.
- Earrings cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons).
- Swimwear cannot be returned (for hygiene reasons).
- We do not accept items with makeup stains.
- The items must not be worn or used.
- The items must be in their original condition with the tag still attached.
Complaint
Did you receive the wrong item, the wrong size, a missing product, or a damaged item? Do not return the item yet, as we cannot reimburse return costs retroactively. Send us an email, and our customer service will contact you within 24 hours on business days with a suitable solution! Info@outrancefashion.be
Return in our store
Returning in our store within 14 days is always free! Don't forget to bring the original packaging and the pink form.
Note: The store does not provide cash refunds. Your return will be processed immediately, and the refund will be issued automatically to the account used for your order.
