The gift voucher will be prepared by our team in the most beautiful packaging! It will be prepared immediately after your order and you can pick it up in our shop (do not wait for an automatic confirmation email). This way, no shipping costs will be charged. Please mention in the comment box who the gift voucher is intended for and from whom the gift voucher originates.
The colours of our products on outrancefashion.be may differ from the actual product colour, depending on how the colours are set on your computer, but the type of screen also affects how you see colours. So if you want to be sure the product is what you expect, come and visit us in the shop.

€7 : Home delivery
When you have your parcel delivered to a collection point, bring your ID with you! You have 7 days to collect your parcel. After that, it will be sent back to Outrance Fashion.
€8 : Home delivery
The shipping cost depends on the destination country and is automatically calculated at checkout. Any additional charges such as import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in the shipping price and are always the responsibility of the customer.
At Outrance, we want to provide the best possible shipping service. We know that you like to have your must-haves in your home as soon as possible and we do our utmost to get your packages to you as soon as possible. We always ship your parcel within 1-5 working days.
For international deliveries, the actual delivery typically takes an additional 4 to 12 days on average, depending on the destination country.
